Out of state owners who make it impossible to contact them. Recycled manager every few months. Roads are ridiculous. Flooding is terrible. Lot rent increased with no notice for me. Several shady things they have pulled. Seems to be no oversight to make sure they follow IDPH and Illinois laws. I have severe buyer remorse. Talk to neighbors if you plan to buy or rent here.

These people are criminals. They allowed these neighbors to steal half of our yard. We fertilized seeded mowed this yard for five years. The lazy people next door decided they wanted our yard. So fence went up no permission no building permit. Just stole it. Management just shook their head and walked off. Someone owes me $6000.00 for my time and materials. Please don't move here. Now our neighbor lifts and drops weights at 445 am. Waking up our household. We have talked to the office folks twice now and nothing gets done. Our next move will be to call the police.

The roads in Liberty are ridiculous and they are all turning into one giant pothole at this point. Being stuck with a boil order that keeps going on and on is seriously ruining my days. The place is going downhill faster than the upkeep. I believe maintenance does the best they can but they need more help. Vehicles speed through and some drivers don’t even obey stop signs. It sucks and if I could move I would but I’m trapped… For now

Dog walkers don't pick up the poop no law an order traffic offenders not enforced higher rents for newer tetants they don't screen new applicants lots of derelicts in here swat team was in here a few times park very poorly maintained u don't want to live here
